Compare and Update Window

Defines the compare and update process.

Note: The following window functions are explained on base of a selected simulation item, but works for a selected engineering item accordingly.

Source

Displays the source of the items and the case that is defined in the Engineer module. For more information, see Cases.

Destination

Displays the destination of items and cases defined in the Engineer module. For more information, see Cases.

Compare

Compares and and displays previous and new values, so that you can select the attributes to be updated.

Tags

Displays the simulation items and functional items.

Update

Updates the selected functional items.

The Update button becomes available, if you select an item to update.

Object

Displays the simulation object which is linked to functional item from which data are updated.

Linked Tag

Displays the linked functional item name.

Class

Displays the class of the functional item.

Filter

Enables the Multi-Select Filter Mode.

Attributes

Displays the attributes of selected items and functional items.

Show attributes for all selected tags

Specifies the display of the attributes.

If the option is selected, the attributes of all selected unit operations are displayed in the Attributes panel.

If the option is not selected, the attribute of an individually selected unit operation is displayed in the Attributes panel.

Update

Updates the attributes of the selected functional items.

Attribute

Displays the attribute name.

Source Value

Displays the source value.

Destination Value

Displays the destination value.

Filter

Enables the Multi-Select Filter Mode.
