Manually issue the data between extracts

Use the following procedure to manually issue the data between extracts in a Controlled Object Revisioning (COR) project.

  1. In the Configuration module, select the Workflow tab.

  2. Navigate to the location in the Workflow Explorer.

  3. Disable the Controllable element types.

  4. In the vercon configuration, disable States to issue extracts.

  5. In the View Detail window, select the Column tab and create the following grid, care should be taken not to issue non-relevant data.

  7. Create the following view for the required discipline and category.

  8. From the Team-View Subscription window, allocate the newly created view to the required workflow.

  9. Log out of the Configuration module and log into the Engineer module and select the Manage tab. The Extracts functionality is now available for use.

  10. Log on to the required discipline working extract (for example: dist pro tag).

  11. Select State in the Extracts group to display the Show Extracts State window.

  12. Select all the required tags (for example dist pro check).

  13. In the Extracts group, click Issue.

    The Issue Extract window is displayed populated with the extracts.

  14. From the Issue Extracts window, click to check the extracts to be issued.

  15. From the grid, select a discipline extract (for example dist pro check) and repeat steps 10 to 14.

  16. Open the next discipline defined on the manage subscription.

  17. From the Extracts group, click Refresh then from the displayed options select From Parent Extract.

    Two grids with the same tags are displayed.

  18. Log out of the Engineering module.

  19. Log into the Configuration module.

  20. Re instate the status configurations.

  21. Re-instate the vercon configuration.
