Use the Datasheet Template Editor toolbar to save, print, edit, format and auto map attributes.

Saves the datasheet template. |

Cut |
Cuts an identified area of the datasheet template. |

Copy |
Copies an area of the datasheet template. |

Paste |
Pastes the copied area to the datasheet template. |

Deletes an area of the datasheet template. |

Zoom In/Out |
Zooms in and out from the datasheet template. |

Add Area |
Adds a continuation area to the datasheet template. |

|
Remove Area |
Removes the continuation area from a datasheet template. |
|
|
Auto-map Attributes |
Auto-maps attributes from the data source to the selected area on the datasheet template. |
|
|
Format Font |
Formats the font(s) of the datasheet template. |
|
|
Text Colour |
Specifies the colour of the font to be used in the datasheet |
|
|
Instance Colour |
Specifies background colours for selected cells. Used, for example, to highlight key cells, and to enhance readability. |
|

Merge |
Merges selected cell(s) of a datasheet template. |
|
|
Lock |
Locks the selected cell(s) of a datasheet template. |

Properties |
Displays the Properties window in the datasheet template editor. |

Display Rule Editor |
Displays the Data Sources window |

Template Explorer |
Displays the Template Explorer window in datasheet template editor. |

Toolbox |
Displays the Toolbox in the datasheet template editor. |

Message Grid |
Displays the Messages window in the graphical view underneath the datasheet template editor window. |

Grid Lines |
Displays the grid lines in the datasheet template editor window. |

Datasheet Type |
Select the Datasheet type : Default, Cover Page, List Datasheet and Table of Contents. |

Preview DataSheet |
Displays a preview of the datasheet |
The basic functionality: cut, copy, paste, delete, merge, add area and remove area is also available for selection from the right click menu on a cell in the datasheet template editor window. Dependent on the currently selected cell type, some operations may be inactive.
