Create Connection Point

Creates intelligent connection points on a symbol. Connectors can be connected to the connection point using the Engineering module.
The prompt Specify the insertion point or <Finish> is displayed.
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the position of the connection point.
The prompt is repeated, multiple connection points can be created.
Input F at the prompt and press Enter to end the command.
Press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.

Specifies a different size for the connection point. |

Ends the command. |

Insert |
Adds the connection point to the symbol. |

The connection point extended line indicates the connection direction. The associated connector can only be connected using the specified direction. Use the rotate grip point to modify the direction of the connection point extended line.
Note:
The connection point must contain whole integer coordinate values. For example, X=10,
Y=0 (not X=10.02, Y= 0.03).
Use the Attributes window to define the sequence number and the associated connection point definition.
