Global Projects

In the case of a global project all the data from the system and global databases is output during export even if it is read-only. Only Foreign Copy rows cannot be produced during export - they cannot be exported in any type of projects.

There are, however, limitations on what kind of data is possible to import depending on current configuration. AVEVA Administration export and import will ignore the types that cannot be imported and the user will be warned. Teams, Databases, Extracts, Roles and Permissible Operations (Perops) can be imported only at the hub and will be ignored at satellites. All the other data types can be imported only if the system database is primary at currently administered location.
