Add Elements to Lifecycle

Adds elements that are not on the lifecycle currently selected for the grid. The elements cannot be promoted or demoted (the options on the tab are disabled).

The Value of the element is set to Not Controlled. Use the Value drop-down list to apply a status value to the element.
