Assign External Equipment

Use the Assign to Enclosure window to assign external equipment to an enclosure.

Select all

Selects all the Select check boxes.

Add

Used to add equipment to the grid, which can then be assigned to the enclosure.

Displays the Select Tags to Allocate window.

Remove

Used to remove equipment from the enclosure and the grid.

Displays the Remove Tags window.

Create Wiring

Used to create wiring for equipment selected in the grid by applying the wiring rule specified for them.

Grid

Lists the equipment selected to be assigned to the enclosure using Add.

Select

Specifies whether equipment listed in the grid is to be assigned to the enclosure.

Wiring Rule

Specifies the wiring rule applied to equipment in the grid, if this has already taken place.

The ... control displays the Assign Wiring Rule window, used to assign a wiring rule to the equipment.

Terminate

Specifies whether or not equipment is to be terminated.

Sub Equipment

Used to assign sub-equipment to equipment.

Displays the Select Enclosure Sub-Equipment window.

Cable Type

Used to assign a catalog cable to the equipment.

Displays the Catalogue Selection window.
