Integrator Limit Points

  • Last UpdatedNov 28, 2024

Integrator limit points can be placed on the ends of elements and in schematic tubes to indicate where a pipeline should be divided into multiple pipes in the 3D model. These points are stored in the DESIGN database in an Integrator Limit Points World element and are rendered on the diagram view when the schematic is displayed. Refer to Limit Points for further information.

Note:
These points are visible to other piping designers.

In the Diagram Viewer, right click on the piping element or pipe, then select Create Integrator Limit Point.

In the Diagram Viewer, double click to edit the label. The labels are not checked for consistency by Integrator, but they can be used in pipe naming rules if set up by the system administrator.

Once the labels have been edited and to view the delimited extent of the pipe, right click then select Identify area. The delimited area is highlighted blue in the Diagram Viewer.
