Status Management

Elements can be assigned a lifecycle consisting of a defined status, which it progresses through.
Status definitions are specified and applied by Administrators in Lexicon.
The Engineer module is provided with the following status management functionality:

A graphical viewer which displays the lifecycle associated with the elements in the current grid as a workflow diagram.

Elements in a grid can be selected according to their status.

The status of an element or elements in a grid can be changed, including adding and removing elements to/from a lifecycle.

Users can be alerted to status changes on a tagged item(s) made by disciplines other than their own.

A status change log.

A graphical representation of the proportion of elements at each status in a grid.
