Draws an elliptical arc with specified axes, start and end angle.
The prompt Specify the start of the first axis or <Centre> is displayed.
Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the start point of the first axis of the ellipse that the arc is derived from.
The prompt Specify the first axis length is displayed.
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the length of the first axis.
The prompt Specify the second axis length or <#mm> is displayed.
Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the length of the first axis.
The prompt Specify the start angle or <Finish> is displayed.
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the start position of the arc.
The prompt Specify the end angle or <Finish> is displayed.
Input an angular value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the end position of the arc.
The arc is drawn and the command ends automatically.
