Purge Logically Deleted Items

When you delete the tag of an item that is used in a drawing, and then purge the tag, you are prompted to remove the item when you re-open the drawing.

When you remove the item, it is removed from the drawing. Currently, in P&ID drawings only, and depending on business logic, any connecting lines are healed when an item is removed.
