Create Heat and Mass Balance (HMB) Table on Drawing

To create a Heat and Mass Balance (HMB) Table on a drawing

1. Open Process Flow Diagram.

2. On the Simulation tab in the HMB area, select Insert.

   

   To display the Heat and Mass Balance Configuration window.

   

3. In the Streams panel, select the S2 check box to populate the Attribrutes panel.

   

4. In the Filter Attributes field, enter an attribute value to filter the list, for example, mass flow.

   

5. Select the check boxes of those attributes to be part of the HMB table on the drawing, for example, H2O, N2 and O2.

   

6. Click OK to close the window.

   The drawing is updated with a table corresponding to the configuration.

   

   The table contains the defined values.
