Provides an easy to use graphical method for exploring the grids database. The Grids Explorer displays the grids database elements in a hierarchy. Click on an element in the tree view to navigate to the element in the database and make it the current element.

To expand an element hierarchy, click
to the left of the element name, to contract an expanded element, click
to the left of the element name.
The diagram illustrates the grids database hierarchy and the relationship between grid elements.

The uppermost element is the World element, the principal elements are the owning Category element and member Grid element. A category can contain one or more Grids and Categories.
Categories
To create and modify Category elements in the Grids database, right-click a Category element to display a drop-down menu.

Creates a new Category element below the currently selected Category element. |

Grid |
Creates a new Grid element below the currently selected Category element. |

Properties |
Edits the currently selected Category element. |
|
Delete |
Deletes the currently selected Category element. |
Grids
To create and modify Grid elements in the Grids database, right-click a Grid element to display a drop-down menu.
