External Calculations

Performs cable sizing calculations on cables selected in the grid using pre-defined equations stored in an external Excel template.

If the selected cables or the cables connected to the selected equipment has already been sized, or if there is no associated load or supply, the following will be displayed:

Used the Calculation List window to select the required calculation template.

The sizing calculations then take place.

If the Show execution summary check box is selected in the Calculation Template Details form when a calculation template is created or edited, then the results are displayed in the External Calculations Execution Summary window.
