Use the Create new border window to create a sheet border.

Type a unique name for the border.
If the name is not unique, an error message displays summarizing the problem.

Once named, draw and annotate the border on the blank drawing canvas. The backing sheet, border lines and attribute values can be defined for areas on the drawing such as the title block, revision history block and sheet number. These areas can be positioned anywhere on the drawing. The border is created as a member element of the currently selected drawing border folder on the Setup Explorer. By default, the Graphical Canvas - Symbol Editor tab is displayed.
