Attributes

Displays the attributes that have been specified for the currently selected element (CE), dependent upon access rights, some attributes can be modified. Attributes can also be configured so that they are not displayed in the Attributes window.

On the Drawing tab, in the View group, select Attributes to display the Attributes window.

By default, the attributes are displayed in a list format, the left-hand part of the window displays the attribute names, the right-hand part of the window displays the attribute values.

Attributes can be populated explicitly, for example, the Display name and Description fields. Attributes can also be used to link an element to a NAM class hierarchy, for example, the Class attribute.

Click ... adjacent to the Class field to select a class in the conceptual model.

The Search list displays the attributes that match the characters typed in the field.
