Configure Library Class in AVEVA Engineering Based on Process Library

To configure library class in AVEVA Engineering based on Process Library

1. Start AVEVA Engineering - Configuration Module using the MLP project.

2. Select the Rules tab.

   

3. In the Mappings, click the Class & Attributes icon to display the Mapping window.

   

4. Select the Import SimCentral to Unit Operations tab.

5. In the Unit Operation Filter field of the Class mapping area, enter Pump to filter the pump unit operation.

   

6. In the Sim Central column, click the into the |Process.Pump| field.

7. Exchange the name with the used Class Library in AVEVA Process Simulation, for example, |CWLib.Pump|.

8. Press <Enter> to display the message.

   

9. Click No.

   The CWLib.Pump library class is created with the associated attributes of the already available, prepared Process.Pump library.

   

10. Repeat steps 6 to 9 for all elements in the AVEVA Process Simulation project with other class libraries than Process.

11. Click Save.

12. Select Project.

13. Click Save work.
