Copy Datasheet Template

Use the Copy option to copy a datasheet template. Paste the template into a template group within the same project.

The copy retains all the properties, mappings and data of the source template.

Copy and Paste Datasheet Template

1. Click Datasheet on the Libraries tab.

2. Select the datasheet template to copy.

3. Right-click the template and select Copy.
   Alternatively, click Copy on the ribbon.

4. Select the template group in which to place the copy.
   The template must be in the same project as the source template.

5. Right-click and select Paste.
   Alternatively, click Paste on the ribbon.

6. Edit the template's name and content as you require.
   Copied templates have the same name as their source, followed by an incremental number. For example, TemplateName(1)
