Cases

A case is a named set of alternate data that can be set against an object's attributes (alternate attribute values are only available on case dependent attributes).

Defined Cases

If an attribute has been marked as case dependent, the cases icon is displayed in the grid list column header. Refer to the Lexicon User Guide for further information

Select the Cases icon to display all the defined cases in the system.

The selected check boxes control which CASE attributes are displayed in the current grid for the chosen attribute. The Base Case indicates the case dependent attribute.

The grid is updated to display the new case attribute columns.
