Create CanHaveParts and HasParts on Datasheet Import

Note:
This functionality is only available in NAM enabled projects and only applies to attributes outside the continuation area in the datasheet.

If attribute values for CanHaveParts or HasParts data has been added or modified (and if the attributes do not already have a tag) in an exported datasheet, once imported the application automatically identifies new or modified CanHaveParts and HasParts data in the Import Wizard and creates a new tag. The new details are displayed in the datasheet.

If the new attributes being imported override the naming part attributes, the New Tag window is displayed prompting for a new name.
