Notifications related to an action related to a tag (Logical delete, Purge, Rename, Status Changes) of child elements (Has Part or Can have parts) at Parent Tag can be displayed in the grid.

Notifications are displayed when a different discipline issues a new revision of a subscribed record, refer to the Lexicon User Guide for further information. The notification is shown as a red flag on the status bar.

To enable notifications in a grid, on the View tab in the Grid Options select the Show Notifications check box.

A Tag Notification column is added to the grid

The number following the flag indicates the number of records that have unaccepted outstanding revisions. Notifications can only be accepted for new revisions of data from a different team, it is not possible to return to older revisions.

Click the red flag icon on the status bar to view the revisions.

Use the Revision Centre window to select, compare and update revisions.

By default the Select tab is displayed, populated with all the available revisions of subscribed tagged items which have been released by other teams.

Compare

Defines the revisions that are selected for comparison and update. The revision details are displayed on the Compare/Update tab.

If the check box is selected, the revision is included in the comparison and update.

The details for selected revisions are displayed on the Compare/Update tab.

Compare Latest

Selects the latest revision of all notified tagged items. The latest revision of every notified item is selected, for all filtered items (to a maximum of 99) and the revision details are displayed on the Compare/Update tab.

The Compare/Update tabs display the details for selected revisions.
