Datasheets

Datasheets are stand-alone documents which you can link to specific grid items. You create datasheets from datasheet templates, which are created in the Configuration module. Each datasheet is referred to as a datasheet instance.
Datasheets can include display rules. A display rule can specify, for example, that the cell on which it is applied displays only values that are between specified limits. Display rules are defined in datasheet templates and are applied in datasheet instances created from those templates.
Filter and sorting defaults are defined in datasheet templates. You can specify different filtering options in datasheet instances.
Functionality is available to create, revise, view, export and compare datasheets.
Refer to Import Datasheet from Excel, Export Current Datasheet to Excel, Export Datasheet to PDF and Print Diagram or Datasheet for further information.
