Running the Global Daemon with LaaS

To run the Global daemon with LaaS, the following environment variables are required.

AVEVA_LICENSE_SERVER_LIST will use a URL instead of port@hostname

E.G. AVEVA_LICENSE_SERVER_LIST=https://some-license-address.com

Make sure the associated Global Licenses (GLOBAL/ GLOBALSAT) are present in the associated CONNECT account.

Run the daemon. If authorization is unsuccessful, the daemon will terminate with an appropriate error.
