Claim Records to Extract Claims

Claims the currently selected records to an extract claim.

Use the Claim Extract window to specify which of the currently selected records are claimed.

The Claim Extract window displays the attribute groups associated with the selected records, and the columns in each attribute group.

Select

Defines the claim state of each record or attribute group.

If the check box is selected, the record or attribute group is claimed to an extract claim.

If the check box is not selected, the record or attribute group is not claimed to an extract claim.

If a selected record or attribute group has already been claimed by another user, the claim will fail. An error message is displayed.
