Create Multiple Records

Creates multiple records at the bottom of the currently selected grid.

Use the Number of records window to specify the number of created records.

Type the number of new records to be created.

If the grid is based on a database view which has been set up without creation rules, new blank records are added to the bottom of the grid. Enter the details of the new records as required.

If the grid is based on a database view which has been set up with creation rules, use the Create element information window to define the properties of each record. The functionality available on the Create element information window is explained as part of the Create Record process.
