Release Records from Local Claims

Releases the currently selected records from a local claim, use the Claim Records window to specify which of the currently selected records are released.

The Release Records window displays the attribute groups associated with the selected records, and the columns in each attribute group.

Select

Defines the claim state of each record or attribute group.

If the check box is selected, the record or attribute group is released from a local claim.

If the check box is not selected, the record or attribute group is not released from a local claim.

If a selected record or attribute group has been edited, it must be saved before it can be released. If it is not, the release will fail. An error message is displayed.
