Case Independence

Everything written in PML, including keywords such as if, do and else means the same thing in upper or lower case.

The exception is text enclosed between quotes or vertical bars, which is used exactly as it is typed. Throughout the PML Customization User Guide, you will see examples of PML code using a mixture of upper and lower case for readability.
