Use the Fields tab to define the columns that are included in the grid.
Select
Defines the columns that are included in the grid.
If the check box is selected, the column is included in the grid.
If the check box is not selected, the column is not included in the grid.
Use the check box in the header of the Select column to select or deselect all checkboxes.
Layout Order
Defines the column display order in the grid.
