The Hide and Unhide functionality controls page visibility in a datasheet without deleting or losing associated data. Use this feature when certain pages are not required for specific scenarios.
Hide a page
-
Right-click the page tab and select Hide.
The selected page is no longer visible in the datasheet but remains in the file with all data, configurations, and properties intact.

Note: This option is available only for pages where Can Hide is set to True in the configuration.
If the page contains a Continuation Area with multiple continuation pages, a warning message appears:

-
Select Yes to proceed or No to cancel.
-
Unhide a page
-
Right-click the page tab and select Unhide.

Note: Only pages that were previously hidden can be restored.
The Unhide window displays, listing all hidden pages.
-
Select one or more pages to unhide and select OK.
The page becomes visible in the datasheet. All data and settings are restored as before.

Key validations
If the datasheet is issued or claimed, the Hide or Unhide options are not visible in the context menu. This prevents visibility changes for pages that are in a locked or controlled state.
