Defines the consideration of the more general weld and bevel cases which can cause shrinkage in the Shrinkage Compensation calculation. For example, shrinkage caused by seams, fillet welds, butt welds, stiffeners and connections.

Always apply Automatic Shrinkage Compensation
Note: A shrinkage definition which is already defined on a panel has priority over this setting, for example, if you have defined a manual shrinkage on a panel, manual shrinkage compensation is still applied to it.
Defines whether to use the Automatic Shrinkage Compensation definition or not.
If you select the Always apply Automatic Shrinkage Compensation checkbox, panels without any Shrinkage Compensation Definition are calculated with the automatic shrinkage compensation configuration.
Consider shrinkage from Seams
Defines whether to Consider shrinkage from Seams or not. For more information, see Automatic calculation definition of shrinkage compensation.
If you select the Consider shrinkage from Seams checkbox, the application calculates the shrinkage compensation perpendicular to edges of plates as a result of seams within the panel.
Consider shrinkage from Fillet Bevels
Defines whether to Consider shrinkage from Fillet Bevels or not.
If you select the Consider shrinkage from Fillet Bevels checkbox, the application calculates the shrinkage compensation perpendicular to edges of plates as a result of fillet welds on the panel.
Consider shrinkage from Butt bevels
Defines whether to Consider shrinkage from Butt bevels or not.
If you select the Consider shrinkage from Butt bevels checkbox, the application calculates the shrinkage compensation perpendicular to edges of plates as a result of butt welds on the panel.
Consider shrinkage of Stiffeners
Defines whether to Consider shrinkage of Stiffeners or not.
If you select the Consider shrinkage of Stiffeners checkbox, the application calculates the shrinkage compensation perpendicular to edges of plates as a result of profile parts (for example stiffeners) attached to the panel.
Perpendicular compensation from Connections
Defines whether to consider Perpendicular compensation from Connections or not. For more information, see Automatic calculation definition of shrinkage compensation.
If you select the Perpendicular compensation from Connections checkbox, the application calculates the Shrinkage Compensation definition perpendicular to connections on panels.
Longitudinal compensation from Connections
Defines whether to consider Longitudinal compensation from Connections or not. For more information, see Automatic calculation definition of shrinkage compensation.
If you select the Longitudinal compensation from Connections checkbox, the application calculates the Shrinkage Compensation definition longitudinally to connections on panels.
