MEI Import: STEP files

When using the MEI Import, you will typically get the most performant models by enabling the Save facet data option, and setting the Tolerance to the same value as the Arc Tolerance in Drawlist Graphics Settings, by default 1mm.

MEI imports one level of any assembly hierarchy, names the E3D Design elements created, imports curved elements as E3D Design GENPRI elements but does not import metadata.
