Sets system level defaults for individual users.

The functionality of the User Defaults window is explained as part of the process to set the system defaults. Refer to Set System Defaults for further information.
Note:
Subsequent changes made to defaults at the system level overwrite user level defaults.
Therefore all user level defaults should be set after all system level defaults are
set.
Note:
If a default is disabled for user level modification at the system level, the field
is greyed out and displays the system default value. If the default is re-enabled
for user level modification at the system level, the previously assigned user level
value is reinstated.
Suspend user configuration
Select the check box to suspend user configuration changes on the User Defaults window. The suspension only applies to the current session. The user configuration settings are applied when the application is restarted.
