Tabs

The Draw interface includes the following tabs:

• Project

• Home

• Draw

• Annotate

• Update

• Tools

• Interfaces

• Manage

• Auto

• Area

  Note:
  You must be a free user or a member of the DRAWADMIN team to display the Admin tab. Refer to Draw Administrator for further information.

The Draw in Model interface includes the following tabs:

• Draw Home (Draw in Model)

• Draw (Draw in Model)

• Annotate (Draw in Model)

• Advanced (Draw in Model)

If a label, view (2D or 3D) or intelligent table is selected, a tab containing options specific to labels, views or intelligent tables displays:

• Format 2D View

• Format 3D Tab

• Label Format Tab

• Intelligent Table Tab

When Draw is opened, the Home tab displays initially.

A further tab may display which contains options specific to the type of view (for example, 2D or 3D) and elements currently selected.

If required, the tabs, apart from their titles, can be hidden to save space.

To hide the tabs, right-click a tab and select Minimize the Ribbon from the drop-down menu, or double click the title of an open tab with the left mouse button.

Repeat the procedure to re-display the tabs.

Note:
Many of the tabs contain drop-down lists, allowing you to select further options. In many cases, the Draw module displays the drop-down list function that was most recently selected.
In this User Guide, the default names of the drop-down lists are given - the first option on each menu.
