Sets the text height display mode and standard text heights.

Modify the Height as required.

Populate the bottom row to create a new text height.

Display Character (reference) height

Select the radio button to display the character (reference) text heights.

Display Letter (caps) height

Select the radio button to display the letter(caps) text heights.
