Sets the definitions for an existing WSERST.
The WSERST must be selected in the hierarchy to make it the CE.
The WSERST attributes can be modified using the Attributes window or the Command Window.
The WSERST is referenced from the WSERSF attribute on the drawing owner element. For example: SHEE, SHTMPL, OVER, BACK, SYTM, ISOTM.
