Fabrication Explorer

Provides an easy to use graphical method of navigating in the Spooler World in the database.

In this explorer you can view the primary Spool Department hierarchy. Below each Spool Department, the items are further sub-grouped by Registry and Spool Drawing. Each Spool Drawing can represent a continuous network of piping components and tubes within the overall piping design The Spools and Fields that make up the Spool Drawing are held directly below the Spool Drawing in the hierarchy.

Above the navigation tree is a search filter field as well as a drop-down list where predefined search filters can be selected. You can navigate to the selected filter in the explorer tree.

Click Search to search for items. Refer to Search for further information.

The Fabrication Explorer features a context sensitive right-click menu that provides common commands.
