Hole Status Change

When the hole association is modified by the originator or reviewer, then the association is automatically extract claimed to the relevant extract if it exists in an extract database.

If the parent database is not a primary at the location, then a global command to claim the association is issued. During a claim you can click the Global Status link to open the Global Command Transactions window. The Command Transactions window lists the status and progress of an extract claim. Refer to Monitoring Command Progress for further information.

Note:
The Global Status link is only displayed if the project is Global.

When the transaction is complete you can perform the status change required. If you are unable to claim the association the relevant error message is displayed.
