Create stiffener at plane using grid

Prerequisite

• Create panel using grid.

You can create a stiffener using a specified plane to define its location.

1. On the Hull Design tab in the Create group, select the arrow icon below Stiffener to display the submenu.

2. In the submenu, select At Plane.

3. In the 3D View, select the available plane.

4. Press Enter to accept the plane.

5. Press Down Arrow to display the available options.

6. Select X to display the grids along x axis.

7. Enter an X axis name, for example, FR138.

8. Press Enter.

9. Press Down Arrow to display the available options.

10. Select A for Accept.

    The application creates the stiffener at the specified grid.
