Obscured Centreline Style/Colour

These behave in the same way as the Obscured Style/Colour but apply only when drawing centrelines that are also obscured. This allows obscured centrelines to be drawn in a different style/colour from other obscured lines, or switched off entirely. If these attributes are not set explicitly, they will match the Obscured style/colour. Once they are set explicitly on a style element, they will have their own values and will need to be maintained independently on that style element. Note that it is only possible to switch the Obscured Centreline style on, if both the general Obscured Centreline styles are also on.
