Expunge User Process window

Expunges user sessions that remain active and open erroneously as old sessions due to:

• Uncontrolled software crashes,

• Network interruptions,

• Power outages.

If you restart the application after one of these issues and attempt to work on the last item you were using, you will receive a message stating that the item is already claimed by you. This indicates an old session is still active, and you must expunge that session.

Project Users

Displays all of your sessions in the current module. Each session includes Date, Real Name, Username, Host, Modules, Version, and State. The Date of the current session marked with an asterix (*). You cannot expunge the current session. You can expunge old sessions only.

Refresh

Refreshes the Project Users grid to update the grid and ensure that the grid displays all sessions.

Expunge

Expunges the selected session.

Note: You cannot expunge your current session. The Date of the current session marked with an asterix (*).
