HTML View

The HTML View tab is used to preview the HTML output of a report.

Click the HTML View tab to display the first 20 records of a report during report design. The following functions are available:

  • Move back to the previous page

  • Move forward to the next page

  • Display the home page

  • Refresh the page

  • Find text on the page

Find

Searches the contents of the HTML preview for specified text.

  1. On the HTML View tab, in the Navigation group, click Find to display the Find window.

  2. Input the text to be searched in the Find field.

  3. Select the required Match whole words only, Match case and Highlight all matches check boxes to filter the search.

  4. Click Next or Previous to find the next occurrence or previous occurrence of the searched text.
