Volume

Creates a Volume Model (VOLM) which can be used to represent items or to dedicate space for future use.

When clicked, the Volume Model and Positioning Control windows are displayed.

The VOLM should be named and the position set using the Position fields or by using the positioning control window options. Refer to Positioning Control for further information.

A VOLM can own one or more Sub-Volume Models (SVOLM) elements and any primitive except a nozzle.

If required, the axes all co-ordinates are interpreted with respect to must be set. Input dimensional values in the coordinates fields to define the position explicitly. Refer to Coordinates for further information.
