Single Head Pulley

Defines the distance and dimensions for a single head pulley with a no snub pulley and the takeup at the HEAD.

Distance

Displays a graphical representation, define the distance from discharge point to the head pulley and the belt transition length from the head pulley. By default the Distance tab is selected.

L2

Specifies the distance from the centerline of the discharge point to the center of the head pulley

Z2

Specifies the belt transition (troughed to flat) length of the belt.

Zoom In/Out

Zooms in/out to these dimensions in the 3D view.

Head Pulley

Displays a graphical representation of the Head Pulley arrangement, defines the head pulley’s diameter, face width, wrap angle and offset A, shaft diameter and length.
