Create Text Label

Associates a text label with a design element to display defined text. The format, content and appearance of text labels can be controlled.

The position and orientation of text labels can be modified graphically, for a clear model layout.

You are prompted to pick an Attachment point

Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the label attachment position.

You are then prompted to pick the Text position or

Input values in the dimension fields and press Enter or click to identify the text start position.

You are then prompted to enter a Text height

Input a dimensional value in the field and press Enter or click to identify the text height.

You are then prompted to add Label Text or

Input the label text in the field and press Enter.

The text label is created and displays in the 3D view. The command ends automatically.

Throughout the creation process you can press ESC to cancel the command. Additional functionality is also available.
