Highlight

Click to highlight all elements in the current canvas and in the selected scope that are linked to a comment thread.

Refresh

When scope is changed the list of comment threads is refreshed automatically.

However, in the below cases the list of comment threads is not updated automatically and you must click Refresh.

  • A My Collection has been updated (elements added or removed).

  • Date & time when the comment thread was last updated

  • User that created the latest comment post, Number of comment posts in the comment thread

  • The name and image of the element the comment thread is linked to. If the comment thread is linked to more than one element a general icon is shown instead with the text <n> Elements. If the element is not in the 3D view a general icon is shown instead.

If selected scope is Current Element and there are no threads linked to the current element but there are comment threads linked to any of the elements in the owner hierarchy, a link Threads in owner hierarchy is displayed.

Click Threads in owner hierarchy to view comment threads linked to the owner element.

To view the details of a comment thread, either click the comment thread tile or right-click on the comment thread and select Open from the list.

To change a comment thread to Closed, right-click on the comment thread tile and select Close Thread from the list.
