Import/Replace with Raw IMPORT Command Syntax

"IMPORT OPTION"
Command syntax to configure Replace options.

IMP OPTION | GEOMETRY | |ON|
Compares the geometries of the IFC entities identified for replacement.

IMP OPTION |GEOMETRY_BOUNDINGBOX| |ON|

Compares the bounding box dimensions of the IFC entities identified for replacement

IMP OPTION |GEOMETRY_CENTREOFGRAVITY| |ON|

Compares the centre of gravity dimensions of the IFC entities identified for replacement

IMP OPTION |GEOMETRY_SURFACEAREA| |ON|

Compares the surface area dimensions of the IFC entities identified for replacement

IMP OPTION | POSITION | |ON|

Compares the positions of the IFC entities identified for replacement.

IMP OPTION | PROPERTY | |ON|
Compares the properties of the IFC entities identified for replacement.

IMP OPTION | RESET|
Resets the Import option.

IMP OPTION | REPLACE| |OFF|

Turns off the Replace behavior. The IFC import is treated as a fresh import and no replace operations are performed.

This example gives the command syntax for import of an IFC model without Import/Replace behavior:
