Import tab

The Import tab contains importer settings and a table for the imported PCF files.

Settings section

Generate spool

This determines whether the spool should be generated.

Import macro files

This determines whether the generated macro files should be auto-imported to the model.

Delete imported files

This determines whether the generated PML macro files should be deleted after the import.

Stop import on error

This determines whether the program should stop importing files if an error occurred.

Copy pipeline if exists or Delete pipeline if exists

If a pipe exists, it determines whether to create a new copy, or delete the existing and create a new one.

Attribute filter

'Regex' syntax to filter which of the attributes should be updated to the Attribute mapping table.

Use the Reset button to restore the default value (all attributes with 'ATTRIBUTE' and '-SPEC' in the name).

Output folder

Path to the output folder for the generated macro files. Use the button on the right to search for a folder.

Import location

Select a Zone for the importing data. The Zone must have a name.

Use the CE button to get the current element.

PCF files

The PCF Files table contains the Selected and File name columns. Only the selected items will be considered for 'Update Mapping' and during the import.

Browse Files

Use the Browse Files to load PCF files.

Update Mapping

Use the Update Mapping to update Components and Attributes tables by the selected files data. Only the new components and attributes will be added (not existing in the tables).

Clear Files

Use the Clear Files button to remove all the files from the table.

PCF Files RMB context menu

Use the right mouse button on the table area to open the context menu.

Select All
Selects all items in the table.

Deselect All
Deselects all items in the table.

Remove Selected
Removed the selected items from the table.

Remove Selected With Data
Removes selected items from the table and contained data from the Components and Attributes tables. The mapped component and attributes will not be removed.

Update Mapping
Use the Update Mapping to update Components and Attributes tables by the selected files data. Only the new components and attributes will be added (not existing in the tables).
