Implied Joints

Implied Joint (IJOINT) components define the connection between two non-welded piping components or tubes (for example, bolted flanges, compression joints or screwed connections). These do not have to explicitly define the details of these joints as they are implied by the nature of the components involved.
A connection can have an IJOINT element associated with it if:

It has a Ckey (Connection key) of types CP, FL or SC.

Neither of the components are Gaskets.
