Modify Lock

Locks or unlocks any design element. Locking an element prevents it from being modified or deleted. No changes to the element are then possible until it is subsequently unlocked.

After selecting an element choose to lock or unlock the current element or the current element and its members from the Option drop-down menu.

Click Apply to change the current protection or Dismiss to discard any changes.

If a locked object is selected for modification, then an Error message is displayed in the graphical view.

Note:
If the element is locked this prevents it from being deleted.
