The Schema Editor icons allow you to save , open, apply and run edits and extract schemas.

Open a schema file |

Displays the Open window.
|

|
File location |
Defines the location to find a saved schema file. Navigate to the appropriate location and select the schema file to be opened. The selected file populates the File name field. |

|
File type |
Displays only the.sch file type available. |

|
File name |
Displays the selected file name. |
||
|
Open |
Closes the Open window and displays the selected schema file in the Schema Editor window. |
||
|
|
Save schema |
||
|
Displays the Save as window.
|

|
Save |
Closes the Save as window and saves the current .sch schema file with the defined name at the defined location. |
||
|
|
Run schema |
||
|
Runs and applies edits on the current schema to a component selected in the 3D view. |
|||
|
|
Extract schema from |
||
|
Extracts the data from a selected part in the Model Explorer into the current tab. |
